100 Days Reading Journey: Day 6 — Embracing the Idea of “Franchising” Yourself

I’m on a 100 days reading journey and has been sharing reflections here in the past few days.

This is my attempt to practice consistency and improve my writing.

In this journey I started reading the book The $100 Startup.

Today is the Day 6.

I reflected on what I’m already doing to scale my impact as a social media and community manager — a strategy I call “franchising myself.”

As a social media and content manager,

My goal is to build authentic engagement and nurture meaningful connections.

But I also recognize that to keep growing,

I need systems that allow me to work smarter, so I can focus on what truly makes a difference.

Here’s how I’m currently franchising myself:

  • Documenting the tone that resonates with my audience. By refining my communication style, I can ensure my voice connects deeply with the community.
